We care about the long-term well-being of our employees. That’s why we’ve allocated a portion of our financial plan to sponsoring a competitive 401K program with 3% matching. We know our early employees are taking a bet on our vision, and we want to take care of them in turn.
Remote first
While our heart is in the Pacific Northwest, we’re committed to hiring great talent anywhere in the world. The only requirement to our remote work policy is that you’re willing to enjoy the great Seattle spring and summer for our quarterly offsites!
Phone, Internet, and wellness stipends
As a remote company, it’s important that our team feels both connected and able to take time for themselves. To help with on-the-clock connection, we sponsor a stipend program to help cover the cost of blazing-fast internet and phone communications. When you need to disconnect, we want you to be able to treat yourself on your own time, but not your own dime, so we also give you a monthly stipend to use for whatever fills up your cup.

We have an unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy and encourage our employees to take the time they need to recharge, whenever that might be.
