As a remote company, it’s important that our team feels both connected and able to take time for themselves. To help with on-the-clock connection, we sponsor a stipend program to help cover the cost of blazing-fast internet and phone communications. When you need to disconnect, we want you to be able to treat yourself on your own time, but not your own dime, so we also give you a monthly stipend to use for whatever fills up your cup.

Unlimited PTO

We have an unlimited PTO policy and encourage our employees to take the time they need to recharge, whenever that might be.
